About Our Company

A HiTech Home Check has been performing home inspections since 2007. Georgia does not provide for licensing of Home Inspectors, so we have all our inspectors certified by InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).

Inspectors

Sam Silverman

Sam is the company founder and primary inspector. He draws upon over 40 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, maintenance, and building inspection. He is certified for residential inspections, and mold/indoor air quality inspections. Mr. Silverman is a US Navy veteran who served in Viet Nam.

Other inspectors

because of the downturn in the economy, especially the residential real estate area, we currently have only one active inspector.
